Madie & Nate's wedding in Newport Beach was something out of a bridal magazine! It was a sunny June day and we started at the Newport Beach temple. When Madie & Nate exited the temple, they were celebrated with so many close family and friends in attendance. Luckily, they were the last ones to get married in the temple that day, so we had tons of time for photos! It was seriously so nice. We started with group photos in front of the temple, and there were SO many people there! We really had squish everyone in for the photos, but they turned out so good! We then moved on to bridal party and family photos on the side of the temple in the shade since it was getting a little hot in the sun with everyone. Madie & Nate had a huge bridal party, but they all did so well in the group photos that they're some of my favs. After all the group photos were done, we did just photos of Madie & Nate around the temple, which turned out absolutely stunning (if I do say so myself).
After photos at the temple were done, it was time to drive over to their venue. Their venue was in Laguna Beach, and was on top of a cliff right on the beach. It was breathtaking! I grabbed a couple of detail shots, and then we went down to the water to get more photos. We had to hike down quite a bit, but the photos were definitely worth it. We did photos of just Madie & Nate, and then the bridal party and some family joined as well to get photos on the beach! After we were done with those, we hiked back up to the venue where I did more detail shots until the reception started. Madie & Nate did a grand entrance and it was seriously so fun to see people so excited for them! Dinner was served shortly after, and then we started on toasts! I can confidently say, these were some of my favorite toasts I've photographed. Everyone was so authentic and loving in their speeches, and you could really tell just how much people loved them. We then cut the cake and started dancing! Their DJ was hilarious and did such a great job getting the entire crowd hyped up at the reception. We then ended the night with a ribbon send off where Madie & Nate rode off on bicycles! This day was such a celebration of Madie & Nate, and I'm so honored I was able to capture their special moments!
