Hailey & Josh have been seriously amazing to work with! From engagements to bridals to finally their wedding day, I was so excited to work with them on their big day! We started the day at the Payson temple where it was literally such amazing weather. They exited the temple surrounded by all their close family & friends and it was so special to be able to capture that moment of them coming out of the temple and seeing everyone so excited for them! We then did photos all around the temple with their wedding party and ended with photos of just Josh & Hailey. I had my second shooter (Alice) with me at this wedding so we were able to get SO many shots of everything! I highly recommend adding on a second shooter to your wedding coverage if you're on the fence about it because you're able to get so many more photos from your wedding day.
We then went to Highland Gardens to do their ring ceremony and luncheon. They had decorated the space so beautifully, it was awesome to see their vision come to life. Their ring ceremony was done so well, and one of my favorite parts of the ring ceremony is when they kissed for the first time! They always joke that they don't like kissing in front of people, so they had their entire group close their eyes when they shared their first kiss. It was hilarious! We then ate some of the best BBQ I've had in awhile, and it was seriously SO good. We then moved on to toasts and speeches delivered by some of their close friends & family, and there was hardly a dry eye in the room. You could just feel how much everyone truly loved these two.
Before the reception started, we took a couple more photos of just Hailey & Josh and they turned out so good! We just did them around the venue, but Highland Gardens is just filled with greenery and it's stunning. Their reception started off with mexican food and mingling. We then cut the cake (which was so beautiful) and did first dances. We ended the night with a dance party, and people were even lifting Hailey up off the ground! It was so fun to photograph! They exited their reception with everyone holding up sparklers and it looked fantastic! I was so grateful to be able to photograph such a kind & funny couple, it was an amazing day!
