Dani & Matt are seriously some of the best people, and some of the best people to party with. I first met them when I did their engagement photos in Chino Hills, CA way back in April 2023. It was SO pretty!! When it came time for their wedding day, I was so excited for them!! We started the day with getting ready photos for Dani. She had all of her bridesmaids and mother/mother in law all getting ready together, and getting their makeup done. We started with photos of Dani & her wedding dress, and then of course got tons of flat lay shots. When everyone was dressed and ready to go, we did the first look with Matt! It was so fun to see his reaction because he totally guessed what the dress was going to look like! We also did a first look with Dani's father and brothers. We then did group photos with family & the bridal party before the ceremony started.
Once it was time for the ceremony, everyone took their spot and then it started! Matt was crying a lot when Dani walked down the aisle, and it was so sweet to witness these two just so in love. There weren't many dry eyes in the room as they exchanged vows, and it really was such a sweet ceremony. After the ceremony was done, they exited, and then we went over to Pasadena City Hall for sunset photos! It was seriously stunning and I couldn't get over how beautiful the architecture and the sunset looked! 10/10 recommend
For the rest of the night. we ate dinner and listened to some speeches/toasts given by friends and family. It was really sweet to hear Dani's toast as she gave her mother her bouquet of flowers. We then took some group photos of everyone at the reception, and then started the first dances! First dances are actually some of my favorite photos to capture at a wedding. They feel so intimate and special, and it's definitely reflected in the photos. We then danced the night away and did a confetti flower petal exit. This wedding was just filled with so many sweet things between Dani & Matt and it was seriously such an honor to be able to capture it!
